We often have buyers worried that if they choose the wrong house that they are stuck and can’t get out of it for years. 

It is a very serious purchase and the largest one most people make in their lifetime. Well, we want to help.

The Buyer’s Guarantee Program works to save you money if you decide you purchased the wrong home.  This isn’t for someone who gets relocated or is getting divorced, but if you truly believe you purchased the wrong home, I will sell your home for .2% on the listing side instead of my 2.8% normal fee. 

You will still need to pay a buyer’s agent for selling the home, but this saves you a lot of money.   I will provide FULL service including a Matterport 3D tour, open houses, website exposure, and my usual contract negotiation expertise.
