Before lending, Karen spent 17 years as a top-performing Real Estate Closer in the Colorado Springs market, consistently ranking #1 and managing 150+ transactions per month—giving her a unique, behind-the-scenes understanding of the full transaction process. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with honors from California State University, Fullerton, and has proudly called Colorado Springs home since 2001.
