MENTORSHIP
One of the most important aspects of learning the business, which never stops, is to associate with other professionals, get constant training, and learn how to project yourself to the top of the real estate agent heap. Yes, we said heap. All markets have way too many agents in them for the number of sales generated per year. Our career is perceived as “easy” and attracts many potential agents. Most fail. We generate leads that we will distribute to our agents. We pay for lead platforms like Realtor.com and ZBUYER (lead sources can be changed or discontinued at any time). Through online magnet offers, a robust CRM system, unique listing and sales programs, builder programs, and an exclusive opportunity to work with an investor… we’re excited for you to ramp up your sales with quality leads!
YOUR OWN WEBPAGE ON OUR WEBSITE
This page promotes you on the internet. You can put a link to your own listing program or insert code to have your own listings displayed here. We use Realbird so that we can insert a widget on our website, have a QR code generated, etc. You can choose any method to have your listings displayed on your own page.
Our graphic designer will help layout a professional page for you. You can have our marketing materials customized through them (we require you to use professional services such as this to maintain the professionalism of our company). They also offer a stand-alone website, or you can pursue a branding consultation to truly establish your own company identity.
OFFICE AND CONFERENCE ROOMS
We have an office that is conveniently located and is open for use to all our agents. With this office we have access to 5 conference rooms, huddle areas and a dining area. We also have our own high-speed internet for your convenience.

Darren has owned two real estate firms and worked with three others. He has 5 years of experience as a mortgage lender. With over 30 years of experience Darren has worked with new construction, raw land, resale homes, commercial real estate, manufactured housing, rural properties, ranches, multi-unit buildings, and more, both in listing and buyer relationships. Darren loves helping mentor fellow agents and direct them onward to successful careers in real estate sales. Darren is the Managing broker and owner of Illumin8 Real Estate LLC with Bonnie.
Bonnie is owner and Broker Associate of Illumin8 Real Estate LLC and owner of Bonnie Built Homes LLC. Prior to Illumin8, Bonnie owned her own real estate firm for 8 years. Bonnie is a licensed contractor and has successfully rehabilitated hundreds of homes in the Colorado Springs area. Bonnie has been a top producing real estate broker for many years.
